I first heard those words 10 years ago while studying at the University of Colorado in Boulder. Instilling in me a fire and passion to practice tikkun olam (to heal the world), those words changed my entire professional trajectory.
At MOSAIC, internalizing those words with my professional expertise, I focus on enriching people's lives and the planet. My work has been almost exclusively rooted in understanding and caring for people all-too-often disregarded, injured, and marginalized by and within the environments I intend to create.
Today, I have over 18 years of combined experience as a construction law researcher, interior designer, architect, construction administrator, and project manager. I have worked on over 1 billion square feet of building and site planning, design, and construction projects in 8 states, 5 countries, and 3 continents.
MOSAIC refers to a design solution as the artistic and scientific 4-dimensional integration of form, place, spirit, and time.
My husband, Brian Desilets, supporting me at the Scholarship Awards Gala at the University of Colorado.
